A Pre-Order is when an item is currently going through production, and will arrive back in stock within a certain time frame. If you intend on placing a Pre-Order with stock on hand items, we recommend separating the orders, to ensure the stock on hand is not held back! Pre-Orders can only be processed if payment is made. 




We try our best to send out your packages on time every day! That means all orders received before 4pm local Amsterdam time on a business day will be shipped out that same day! Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note that sometimes during high-volume periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.




Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed are only estimations. LVCILIA is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. LVCILIA can never guarantee a delivery date.
If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.
 Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels so please use a business address wherever possible.
To ensure that your package arrives or to get compensated for lost packages, please do choose the option 'Shipping + insurance up to €1000' at the check-out.

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you will receive a track & trace link from us or you can log into your account to see the shipping status.

Custom and duty charges

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we can’t cover them for you.



If a product is not as expected, unfortunately it is not possible to return it, as we have a physical showroom where you can see and try on the items before purchasing. 

In the case of defective items, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will ask for your order number and photos of said items. Afterwards, we will let you know if the faulty items are eligible for a return or exchange. Please note that we only accept garment defects that were caused during the manufacturing process (e.g. faulty zippers, irregular hemming, improper button holes, etc.). Everything should be in original condition including hang tags.
